Shipping & Delivery
We typically ship orders within 24 hours of purchase from Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. We ship with boxes that are in accordance with our couriers requirements. If you find that your item has arrived damaged, Contact Us. immediately with your tracking number and order number. Do not use or alter product as this will void any warranties and our return policy.

Returns & Replacements
Products must be in like new condition with all of its original packaging and boxing. As of June 1st, 2012 Cookware King will be charging a 15% restocking fee on all returned undamaged merchandise.

All returns are subject to a restocking fee. We have a standard restocking fee of 15% on all returned items.

In the past we have shipped products over and over again until our customers found something they liked. We do not ship "trial" products; we choose not to operate this way.

There is substantial cost in processing orders and shipping products. There is also cost in returning products: messages must be answered, RGA's issued, products received and restocked, paperwork processed and mailed, etc. Therefore, a restocking fee is required in order to keep our prices at their lowest.

We can not take returns on items that have been altered or used in any way including but not limited to used pans, worn/washed pans.
Any return that received a discount on the order total will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
Please contact us first before returning any products ordered through CookWare King to receive a RGA (Return Goods Authorization). We will refuse any returns without an RGA. We only accept returns within the USA.

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us immediately as we typically ship within 24 hours of initial purchase.

Wire Transfer orders will not be refunded, returned or canceled once funds have been received. We must receive email indicating Wire Transfer initiation within 36 hours by purchaser. In the event we do not receive email of Wire Transfer initiation we will cancel the order and place all products on order back in stock. All warranties are supplied by the manufacture of the product and are not honored by CookWare
We are not responsible for shipping charges endured during return process unless otherwise stated.
All products are subject to a 30 day return period from point of sale.
Liquidation sale items are not returnable.

Under no circumstance should you respond to a request for your password. Our employees will never ask for your password. You must notify us immediately if you receive such a request. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your use of the Web Site if we believe that your password is being used without permission or otherwise in a manner that may disrupt the Web Site.


Quality Open Stock Items
Here at Cookware King we believe in treating our customers with the utmost respect . We also believe because we are one of you that you want to save as much money as possible. So in an earnest effort to keep our prices as low as possible we OCCASIONALLY have quality open stock items. All that means is it does not come with the original factory retail box. Most of our items do but we cannot guarantee a retail factory box on every order. If you absolutely need a box please Email Us.
